Because we are so fast in our shipping department, if you need to cancel, please do so within six hours after your item has been shipped. Though you still have 30 days to return your items for store credit, product replacement, or a full refund, according to your choice.

We currently only sell in the USA but will ship to Canada, Mexico, and Europe by year-end.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS most frequently, but you will be given the opportunity at check out to select the best speed of delivery and the lowest possible shipping cost.
How long does it take to process my order?
When an order is received, 99% of all orders are handed off to the carrier within eight hours from Monday to Saturday.

We try to always package products in one box in order to save you money on shipping, but sometimes your items may come in different packages if you order more.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
It is rare but sometimes bottles are handled roughly in transit and can break or leak. If you receive any defective product contact us using the "CONTACT" link at the top of the page, and let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement. We will cover all costs and there's no need to return the defective item. We trust you.
