Refund policy

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days if you have not opened the product. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned product, unopened and undamaged we will refund the product price minus 15%.

Notice: Hydrogen Peroxide is a hazardous material UN2014 product, we do not accept returns for any reason for hazmat. You need to be a certified hazmat shipper to ship hazmat. All sales for Hydrogen Peroxide are final.

Wrong Shipping Address

Sometimes mistakes are made in delivery. We will put forth every effort to ensure that your package arrives at the place you desired. Please take care to provide your address accurately. If we or your shipping carrier make a mistake, we and the carrier will take full responsibility for our mistake. If you make a mistake, you will be expected to cover the expense of correcting it.

Cancellation

We ship our products very fast, typically within six (6) hours. If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within that time. If we have already shipped your package, you will need to follow our return policy. We will not be able to cancel and refund the order once it has been shipped.
