I have created an online business to fund a ministry that encourages / warns Christians to strive to live lives of perfect holiness. (This way we don't have to bug people for financial support, we mainly just work hard and God provides profits to fund our ministry.)

How I became holy:
I was a sinning Christian for 21 years. From 1994 when I entrusted my eternity to Jesus, until 2015 when I was actually saved as evidenced by my SUBMISSION to Him, any examination of my life would not have revealed a relationship with Him. In my daily behavior, I looked just like everyone else, lying, sleeping around, stealing, judging certain groups and not loving everyone unconditionally, etc. (Yes, I know we are saved by grace through faith as so many Christians have desired to remind me, but having referenced Eph. 2:8-9, they stop and do not reference the very next verse which says: 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS, which God prepared beforehand SO THAT WE WOULD WALK IN THEM. So if one's faith is REAL, then and only then will there be a change in one's behavior. If one's daily behavior and attitudes toward their sin hasn't changed, then neither has their eternal destination because they only possess a counterfeit faith. They are using their "accepting Jesus" as a license to freely sin, thinking that they're good to go for Judgement Day. I had the same perspective.)

In 2015, God broke me, taught me about submission to Him and showed me that Hebrews 10:26-31 which had been hiding in plain sight that whole time even applies to Christians, and says: "26 For if WE go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a terrifying expectation of judgment and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES. 28 Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY.” And again, “THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE.” 31 It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (NASB) Also Revelation 21:8 & 22:15 which each say that all liars, sexually-immoral persons, thieves, and murderers (even if they have been "Christians" for 20+ years) will have their place in the Lake of Fire. When I was 10 years old, 22% of my body was burned 3rd degree, so that threat / warning is scary enough for me to stop doing those things!

No pastor, parent or friend ever led me to an understanding of the very real fact that if a Christian has actually been saved through their profession of faith, they will STOP SINNING and actually serve Jesus as their LORD rather than serving their own pleasures. If a person's actions do not declare that Jesus is their Lord, then He will also decline to be their Savior, and if there is no change in one's behavior, then there is also no change in their eternal destination. They are still on their way to hell. That's why Hebrews 12:14 CLEARLY says: "Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord." (NASB) ** That says that even if one is a Christian...if they are not pursuing HOLINESS, they will absolutely never see God. ** Another translation of "work" here is "strive" or "struggle" because temptation ALWAYS shows up and living a holy life takes effort moment by moment. (If you say "But I can't stop sinning," understand this and be encouraged: It is the heart that intends to stop sinning, and that is striving to stop that pleases God. He is not so concerned about our faux pas or stumbles as He is with our individual, free-will determination to keep on trying to be holy. He judges the heart and has told me that since even though, yes, I occasionally slip up, I no longer wantonly pursue evil enthusiastically like I did for those 21 years, He accepts me based on my earnest desire to be compliant to His will. Furthermore, if you intend to stop, He will help you so that you don't have to do it on your own. He will help you and is anything too difficult for Him?)

After I learned to SUBMIT to Him, I have been filled with joy, peace, and calm. I no longer worry about anything, but surrender to His will, so long as He's honored by my life, I am made to be content. He has also blessed me with success, security and friendships among diverse groups that I was judgmental of before. I was unconcerned about anyone else before, but now I genuinely want peace, love and kindness to reign in everyone's life and I try to do my part to facilitate that!

I will spend the rest of my life encouraging Christians to stop living as though they had never heard of Jesus Christ.

If you are not a Christian, please investigate your choices, and if you are one, please investigate what your daily actions say about your "Lord."
